Benefits are projected to be 23% of staff salaries. Overtime for the LPN and Receptionist is projected to be 5% of total pay prior to benefits. The billing clerk will not work overtime and the NP is exempt.
Summary

In accordance with the request of the Chief Executive Officer that the project expenses be reduced by 10%, the volume and revenue projections have been assessed. To this end, adjustments will be made to marketing and advertising, and to staff hourly salaries, of which can be reduced by shortening hourly shifts, still meeting the 1.0 FTE rate at 37.5 hours per week.
